Coaching & Payment Options
Coaching is provided through a series of regular sessions undertaken either weekly or fortnightly. This enables us to build a solid working relationship, but also ensures momentum and the progression of your goals. I offer various sign-up options enabling you choose the one which suits you.
1-1 Coaching
Individual 60 minute session
Suitable for: Clients who are already on their coaching journey with me.
Sessions via Zoom, Google Meet, Skype or Phone.
Also included: takeaway resources, access to client area*.

Individual 30 minute session
Suitable for: Existing clients mid-programme who feel that they need a quick catch up before their next scheduled session.

Block of 6 x 60 minute sessions
Suitable for: Everyone, whether at the start of their journey or part way through. Sessions are undertaken either at weekly or fortnightly intervals. Most people choose this option to take advantage of the discounted rate that it offers. After your initial 6 sessions you can choose to either book another block of 6, start a monthly subscription or purchase individual sessions.

Group Workshop (1 day)
Suitable for: Everyone, whether at the start of their journey or part way through. Come along on your own or bring a friend who also has a goal they want to work on.

Gift Vouchers
If you are looking into coaching for a friend or family member, you can now purchase gift voucher to help get them underway on their journey. You have the option of booking single or multiple sessions of 60 minutes, or blocks of 6 sessions at a discounted rate. Once purchased you will be able to download your digital gift certificate.

What to expect: This is an opportunity to discuss what you want to achieve and for you to ask any questions you have. It is important to establish that working together is right for both parties.

Easy Payment Options
Paying for your coaching is simple. The easiest way is via your online or mobile banking app where you see the Paym logo. All you need is my phone number (07366 456717) and the app will ask you to confirm my name before payment is sent.
If you would prefer you can request a unique one time payment link by clicking the button to the left to send me a WhatsApp request message. Please include how much you are paying and for which coaching option.
